Watched Harry Potter at Town today,

less than a week after seeing it for the first time. I was on the verge of bawling. I’m mildly exaggerating, but yes, I cried more today than I did the last time. I started tearing up the moment McGonagall and the other professors started casting protective spells over the castle up until the credits rolled.

Basically I was walking around with puffy eyes the entire afternoon, praying that I won’t run into anyone from high school. Those people are the worst.

YES! I’ve always preferred Calculus to Algebra, though. But still, magic.

For Fall 2009!

These remind me of high school. Yes, our school colors were purple, pink, and green. I know, I know. I never got it, either.

It’s my sister’s field trip today, and I drove her to school.

Seeing how excited she was made me miss high school. Just a little.

J’ai mal à la tête.

I studied Chinese for 7 years and French for 3; Chinese from first grade to first year high school, and French from second to fourth year high school. I didn’t retain much. I can count and introduce myself in Chinese, but that’s about it. I learned how to say “I have a headache” in French just to have an excuse to get out of the room. Towards the end of the year, my teacher pulled me aside and asked me about my frequent headaches and advised me to see a doctor. He was serious. He should have known I was just dicking him around. Looking back, I should have taken my foreign language classes seriously. It sucks how I didn’t learn anything when I could have learned so much.
